Contact support promptly for duplicate charges, unauthorised payments, prolonged failure to receive access after successful payment, or a major technical defect that cannot reasonably be repaired.
Digital content
Oracle Tarot is digital content supplied immediately. In some regions, cancellation rights may be limited once delivery begins. This does not affect rights where the service was not supplied as agreed, charges were duplicated, or the law provides otherwise.
How refunds are handled
We verify the order and access status and may first restore access. Eligible refunds return through the original payment method; timing depends on the payment provider and card issuer. Lifetime access is revoked after refund.
What to provide
Provide the purchasing email, order number, charge date and a screenshot of the issue. Never send a complete card number, security code, password or one-time login link.
