Information we collect
When you sign in, we process your email address, account identifier, login time and essential security logs. For purchases, we record order identifiers, product, amount, currency, payment status and access rights. Complete card details are handled by the payment provider and are never stored by Oracle Tarot.
How we use information
We use this information to create and protect accounts, send sign-in emails, process and restore purchases, prevent fraud, investigate faults, handle refunds and improve the service. We do not sell personal information or use your login email for marketing without consent.
Service providers
Supabase provides authentication and database services, Waffo Pancake processes payments, and our hosting platform delivers the website. Each provider processes data only as needed for its function and under its own privacy terms.
Storage and security
Account and valid purchase records are kept while an account exists. Security logs and failed orders may be retained for a reasonable audit period. We use access controls, encrypted transport, server-only keys and database row-level security, although no online service can promise absolute security.
Your choices and rights
You may request access, correction or deletion of account information, or ask to close your account. Some order records may be retained where required by law, dispute resolution or fraud prevention. Rights vary by location.
Children
This service is not intended for people under 18. If we learn that information from a child was collected without appropriate consent, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

We may update this policy when the product, providers or legal requirements change. The new date will appear here and material changes will be highlighted on the website.
